Morning: We'll begin gently—yoga and breathwork as the sun rises over the ocean, followed by a nourishing breakfast made with love.

Mid-Morning: Deep dive into one of our transformational workshops. These aren't lectures—they're experiences. We'll move energy, heal old wounds, and activate new possibilities.

Afternoon: Time for adventure and play. Maybe we'll cruise the coast in our colorful Mokes, have lunch on the beach, or explore the charming towns of 30A. Or maybe you'll choose to stay at the villa, soak in the hot tub, or journal by the pool. This is YOUR time.

Late Afternoon: We'll gather for your goddess photoshoot—capturing this radiant, open-hearted version of you.

I've held space for thousands of women—from intimate circles to stages I've shared with icons like Martha Stewart. I've guided women through their darkest nights and celebrated with them as they stepped into their light.

I'm the founder of Shine School®, a self-love program that's helped women across the world break free from limiting beliefs and reclaim their power. I created the Shine From the Inside Oracle™ to help women trust their intuition. I co-founded The Elevated Life® to support women in building soul-aligned businesses.
